We cannot and should not worry about things that happen to others; things over which we have no control.
We cannot and should not worry about things that happen to others; things over which we have no control. I know that this is far easier said than done, especially when it involves those you love. There are times, however, when concern for those you care for can and do call for intervention, and a word said at the right time often can help avert disastrous consequences.
Yet, in the main, we must have a hands-off attitude because otherwise lessons in life are not learned and we cannot live for another even though our way seems best to us.
We see only a small part of the whole picture. Our perspective is warped by our thoughts, ideas and hopes so that we cannot really know what is best for anyone in any situation.
Sometimes we intuitively feel danger is imminent and wish to ward off its evil, but there are times when danger and the type of happening that it could bring on is the only way that person can become aware that he or she is on the wrong pathway in life.
We can warn them, but they must actually see it themselves in its true light, and if they are perhaps sadder but wiser, then remember it had to be in order that the lesson of life be learned.
It is sad that this is so, but unfortunately it is the only pathway some will learn. So cease all worry.
