We should always examine every problem we are faced with with careful thought from all angles.
Sometimes we act in haste thinking we have done the correct thing and later realize that, had we given a little more time and thought to the problem, a different solution would have resulted. Nevertheless, though maybe we think the worst has happened because of impulsive haste, perhaps after all we have gained rather than lost for it has at least given us an unforgettable lesson that in the future we will try to do differently.
We always have to live with what we ourselves bring about. And always too much haste in any department of life brings about later regrets for we cannot see all the facets clearly if we do not stop to think about the case involved.
We should always examine every problem we are faced with with careful thought from all angles. Only then can we rightly act and act with wisdom.
Patience in all things is necessary. Our hasty, thoughtless acts, however well meant, often find us wishing we had done otherwise. Sometimes there is a way out even though our first act may be not what it should have been, but when later reflected upon we can see more clearly what should be. Though not always is it possible to change the chain of events, there is often a way if we act in time and with careful thought as to the consequences.
The lesson is clear. Think before you act.
